Processing Times

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can update it. If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
